We want you to love every beauty product you purchase, but if you need to return an item, we've got you covered with a 14-day return policy for unused and unopened products. Please review the guidelines below for a smooth and easy return process:

IMPORTANT NOTE BEFORE YOU PURCHASE:
We will not be able to accept order cancellations, returns, or exchanges unless we shipped you the wrong product or you received a damaged product. You cannot change the delivery address or cancel the order once your order is confirmed. Please place your order at an address where you can receive it without fail. If you're absent for an extended period of time, we can't resend it.

Hygiene and Safety:
For the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used. This policy ensures we maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
  • Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, and intimate or sanitary goods. Certain products are non-refundable
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please provide pictures/videos of the product if it is received damaged.

Return Process

  2. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any free gifts.
  3. Shipping: Ship your return to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective or damaged item, Contact us at info@blushvana.com within 2 days of receiving the item.
  • Wrong Item Shipped: If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 2 days. 

Exceptions

  • Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
  • Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
